Subscriber responsibilities
Subscribers are solely responsible for their use of the data and for compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws, including Maryland's Protection of Homeowners in Foreclosure Act and telemarketing, privacy, licensing and do-not-call requirements.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Final billing, refund and cancellation language will be inserted following legal review and payment-provider configuration.
